Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and laboratory teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Willingness to learn about laboratory services and industry standards.
