Job Overview:

Shuraa is hiring for a client seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join the company’s UAE office. The role is fully dedicated to the U.S. market, focusing on lead generation, cold calling, and coordination with the U.S.-based sales team. The position is office-based in the UAE, with working hours aligned to U.S. Pacific Time (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Los Angeles time).


Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and pursue potential clients in the U.S. across industries such as construction, retail, hospitality, residential complexes, event management, and corporate offices.

• Conduct cold calls, targeted email outreach, and consistent follow-ups to generate qualified leads.

• Collect and document key details on prospects’ security needs for U.S. sales representatives.

Coordination with U.S. Sales Team

• Schedule and arrange client meetings and site visits for the U.S. based sales team

• Share detailed background information to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Serve as the first point of contact for U.S. prospects before escalation to sales managers.

Client Communication Support

• Present an introductory overview of the company’s security services.

• Handle initial client questions and escalate advanced discussions (pricing, proposals, contracts) to the U.S. sales team. • Always maintain professional and service-oriented communication.

CRM & Reporting (HubSpot)

• Log all leads, calls, emails, and appointments accurately in HubSpot CRM.

• Provide timely pipeline updates and reports to both UAE management and the U.S. sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales support, telemarketing, or lead generation (U.S. market experience preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively across international teams.

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with security services or B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Must be willing to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Los Angeles time (Pacific Time) from the UAE office.
