Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Telesales Representative to join our real estate sales team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments with potential clients interested in buying, , or investing in properties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, understands customer needs, and is motivated to achieve sales goals in a competitive real estate market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in tele sales minimum 6 months, preferably in real estate, property development, or investment sales.
  • Make outbound calls and in bound calls to potential buyers, and investors to promote company projects and properties.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Schedule , meetings, or site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and follow-up details.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales conversion targets.
  • Provide potential clients with information about available projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to build long-term relationships and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with property market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Suitable bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 6 months experience in the same role & Experience in Real estate,
  • Good command of written and spoken English .
