Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who has the ambition and drive to grow into a leadership role. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products, and closing sales deals. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of developing into a team leader in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
  • Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
  • Share ideas and feedback to improve sales strategies and team performance.
  • Show initiative and leadership qualities to take on higher responsibilities over time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under an unlimited contract, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor s degree in (medical , healthcare or business ) or any related field.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Leadership potential someone who can take ownership and help build a future sales team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (more languages) is preferred.
