Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the institute s educational programs and services.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
Present and explain course offerings, benefits, and enrollment procedures to potential students.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software
