Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and conduct necessary research to tailor sales presentations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to facilitate the sales process.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize on improving conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer feedback and share insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and sales guidelines to ensure ethical sales practices.
  • Take initiative in generating leads and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory for this role.
  • Prior experience in a telesales or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and handling high call volumes.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools for record-keeping.
  • High school diploma is required; a degree in sales or marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
