Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to promote travel services and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
  • Present and explain company travel offerings, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Handle objections and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
