Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume telesales calls to promote and sell:

    • Inbound UAE tourism packages

    • Outbound travel packages to multiple countries

    • Visa packages (tourist/visit visas)

  • Convert leads from calls, messages, and inquiries into confirmed sales.

  • Clearly explain package details, prices, inclusions, and travel requirements.

  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales Meet and exceed monthly telesales targets.

  • Maintain accurate logs of calls, leads, and successful conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills; must be well-spoken and persuasive.

  • Proven telesales or call-center experience (travel industry preferred).

  • Strong selling and negotiation ability Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.

  • Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
