Roles & Responsibilities
TELESALES EXECUTIVE - TEMPORARY (3 MONTHS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
1. LEAD GENERATION: Identify potential customers through various methods, including online research and networking. They conduct outbound calls to generate leads for sales team.
2. SALES CONVERSION: Present services to potential customers over the phone, aiming to convert leads into sales. This involves using persuasive communication techniques and following sales scripts.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Building and Maintaining strong relationship with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints and providing followup support.
4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that existing customers are satisfied with the services and encouraging repeat business.
5. RECORD KEEPING: Accurate documentation of call made, customer interactions and sales interactions is essential for tracking performance and reporting to management.
6. Meeting Sales Targets: Expected to meet or exceed daily monthly sales targets, which requires effective time management and goal setting skills.
