Job Description Tele Sales Executive (FMCG)
Our client, a leading company in the FMCG sector, is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to strengthen their sales team in OMAN. The role involves handling customer interactions, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Process customer orders accurately and follow up until delivery.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth operations.
- Stay updated on FMCG market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of FMCG telesales/inside sales experience (mandatory).
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
