Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

Sell postpaid SIM card products through phone conversations

Explain postpaid plans, offers, and benefits clearly

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans

Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

Follow up with interested customers to close sales

Handle customer questions and objections professionally

Follow company policies and tele-calling guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate preferred

Experience in tele sales, call center, or phone-based sales is an advantage

Good verbal communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work

Basic computer knowledge
