Roles & Responsibilities
Telesales Representative Wholesale & Pharmacies
Job Objective:To drive direct sales over the phone by promoting and selling cosmetics, medical supplies, and stationery products to pharmacies and wholesale clients, while ensuring excellent customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Make daily outbound calls to pharmacies and wholesale clients to promote company products and offers.
Achieve assigned sales targets through direct telephone sales.
Present, promote, and sell products (cosmetics, medical supplies, and stationery) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate call and sales records.
Follow up on existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, sales, and achieved targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of proven telesales or direct sales experience.
Mandatory experience in cosmetics, medical supplies, and stationery sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales goals.
