Job Description:

Role Overview:

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce Odoo ERP solutions to decision-makers
  • Ask qualifying questions to assess needs and interest level
  • Schedule sales appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
  • Record lead data, call notes, and follow-ups accurately in CRM
  • Handle objections, answer basic queries, and build rapport with prospects
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments booked (PHONE_NUMBER calls per day)
  • Follow up persistently to increase conversion rates and maintain engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and build your own lead database through research (LinkedIn, directories, company websites, etc.)
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to B2B prospects to present Odoo ERP solutions
  • Understand customer pain points and highlight the benefits of our software
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Handle objections professionally and provide basic information about the product
  • Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads
  • Meet or exceed daily targets of 70 100 cold calls per day
  • Participate in periodic team check-ins and performance reviews
