Technology Innovation & Data Supervisor Four Seasons Hotel

What You Will Do

• Lead pre-opening information technology tasks, including system installations, network setup, user account creation, and cybersecurity readiness.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of all hotel systems, including PMS, POS, HSIA, guest applications, and back-office solutions.
• Provide daily support for information technology operations, addressing hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
• Ensure all systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with corporate standards.
• Monitor information technology infrastructure performance, performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Support data backups, system updates, and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations and service delivery.
• Train colleagues on the proper use of information technology equipment and systems.

What You Bring

• Previous information technology experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a pre-opening environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting property management and point-of-sale systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to lead small technical teams.
• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
