Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Installing new hardware and products while ensuring that they work correctly and safely.

Educating the hardware users about the correct use and upkeep of their products.

Repairing broken-down or damaged equipment either in the field or at a diagnostic and repair center.

Should have handled Major Projects / AMC, dealt with clients, consultants and contractors directly.

Assessing hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed.

Persuading customers to invest in necessary replacements or vital repairs to key components and hardware devices.

Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner.

Explaining complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that’s accessible to a nontechnical audience.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with Diploma background to join our Commercial kitchen and laundry equipment's team.

Technical experience in the Commercial kitchen and laundry equipment's.

Diploma / ITI / Engineering Background.

Time Management

Valid GCC driving license.

Good communication & management skills.

Should join immediately
