Position filled:
Maintenance Technician.
Workplace:
Berrechid site, Morocco
Mission and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of:
• Guarantee rigorous monitoring of all machines, improve their availability, minimizing time and costs.
• Carry out maintenance on machines according to the intervention order and according to the order of priority
• Collect data from machine shutdowns and analyze the causes according to a well-defined frequency
• Monitor the completion of preventive and tailgating
• Carry out curative maintenance on all resources (machines and boards)
• Organize preventive visits to machines according to schedule
• Monitor, examine and update the situation of all machines
• Carry out audits and checks of equipment according to pre-established schedules
• Establish and update machine maintenance forms and files
• Contribute to the success of external audits (Group/Client/Certification)
• Process non-compliance reports from process audits and take correct actions
• Ensure the interface between the quality, methods, maintenance and launch services
• Respect and enforce the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Maroc
• Respect and enforce the HSE norms and standards in force Sews Cabind Maroc
• Seek excellence at all levels , by committing to and training colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications:
You master:
• Industrial IT
• Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and installations
• Procedure and rules of maintenance
• Method of fault diagnosis
You are equipped with:
• Ability to resolve problems
• Relational ease, analytical skills, rigor, listening, understanding of others, self-control and management of crisis situations are qualities required for this position.
Qualification:
BAC +2DUT/BTS, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
