Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the cable wiring for voice, data, cctv, network cable, audio and video system, fire alarm equipment.
Conduct routine inspection and repair of apparatus used for the project.
Attend to service calls in fixing equipment on project site.
Responsible for the installation and maintenance of project equipment.
Evaluates and appropriately responds to equipment usage efficiency.
Completes all work orders with due diligence.
Ensures all work follows safe work practices and procedures.

Requirements:

Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in the repair and maintenance of electrical, fire and security systems; preparing and maintaining accurate records; adhering to safety practices; and handling hazardous materials.
Read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and/or facilitate group discussions; and solve practical problems.
Perform well under deadline pressure.
Able to work in a team environment.
Flexibility is required to work with others; work with data utilizing defined and similar processes; and operate equipment using a variety of standardized methods.
Utilization of some resources from other work units may be required to perform the job's functions.
