Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Technical Training and Development in planning, managing and coordinating training.
- Design and develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs. Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops).
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training programs align with the overall business goals and objectives and developing effective training programs to meet those needs.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to training and development.
- Willingness to travel to various locations, including our regional offices and training centers.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years in training/teaching or Sales.
- Bachelor s degree in any related field.
- Insurance knowledge
