Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on crane operation, safety, and maintenance, tailored to various crane types and operational environments.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and assessments to ensure trainees achieve proficiency in crane operation and adhere to safety protocols, emphasizing practical application.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids, including presentations, videos, and checklists, to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI), and technological advancements in crane operation and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Requires minimum of 5 years of experience in crane operation, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being advantageous.
  • Exhibits comprehensive technical skills in crane operation, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems.
  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Holds a valid crane operator certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NCCCO, NCCER) and relevant licenses.
  • Demonstrates strong industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or maritime industries.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
  • Instructor Experience of 3 Years.
