Responsibilities

• Oversee software implementation to ensure solutions are well-integrated, cost-effective, and aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting team members, reviewing their work, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Validate business requirements and initiate appropriate technical processes.
• Conduct team meetings to share updates, align goals, and reinforce best practices.
• Track project progress using TFS, ensuring work items meet Agile and organizational standards.
• Perform hands-on coding, bug fixing, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Review and provide feedback on source code, and contribute to establishing coding standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues and gather product feedback.
• Mentor and coach team members, support performance improvements, and drive team motivation.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, API development, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise software architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
