Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical problem analysis & solving skills
- Understanding of how IP/TCP protocols & WAN/LAN equipment work
- Full proficiency in dealing with computer systems & networks
- Strong knowledge of IT systems & applications
- Knowledge of technical specifications & maintenance mechanism of devices in use
- Strong knowledge of technical support management systems
- Proficient ues of Microsoft Office Suit

- 5+ years of practical experience in IT
