Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical problem analysis & solving skills
  • Understanding of how IP/TCP protocols & WAN/LAN equipment work
  • Full proficiency in dealing with computer systems & networks
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems & applications
  • Knowledge of technical specifications & maintenance mechanism of devices in use
  • Strong knowledge of technical support management systems
  • Proficient ues of Microsoft Office Suit
