Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

First point of contact for technical support

  • Install & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Macs
  • Support corporate network (Switches, Routers, VLANs, DNS, AD)
  • Resolve LAN/WAN issues & maintain internet lines
  • Handle antivirus, firewall incidents & app rollouts
  • Create and update IT documentation

Strong technical troubleshooting skills

  • Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac environments
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
