Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to users' problems and addressing their concerns with empathy and expertise.
- Document and track all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system, ensuring a clear record for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in providing support for both Windows and macOS environments, showcasing versatility.
