Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide first and second-line technical support for internal business systems, with a focus on issue diagnosis and resolution within SLA timelines.
· Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues raised by internal users by querying and managing data within Oracle databases.
· Collaborate with development teams to communicate technical issues and understand underlying code logic (basic understanding of Java or .NET is a plus).
· Utilize tools like Jira and CRM systems for tracking, managing, and reporting support tickets.
· Interpret data from various database tables to provide insights and assist in issue resolution or business queries.
· Understand internal systems architecture to identify root causes and ensure proactive monitoring and support.
· Maintain documentation of recurring issues, solutions, and recommendations for process or system improvements.
· Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure consistent communication and high customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to continuous system enhancements by providing feedback based on user issues and system behavior.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or database-related roles, with proven hands-on experience in Oracle databases and SQL queries.
· Experience in Oracle databases and SQL query writing.
· Hands-on experience in data analysis and troubleshooting using back-end systems.
· Familiarity with Jira, CRM systems, and other ticketing platforms.
· Basic understanding of programming concepts, ideally in Java or .NET.
· Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to engage users and technical teams effectively.
· High sense of ownership and accountability in problem resolution.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
