As part of this expansion, they are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join our team in the KSA region. Your new role We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to act as a key technical resource and evangelist for our products in the KSA market. This is a presales role where you will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to potential clients, helping them understand how our solutions can address their business objectives. You'll work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and design the best solution architecture for complex enterprise environments. Beyond the sale, you will also participate in post-sales activities to ensure customer adoption and success, and to identify opportunities for future expansion. What you'll need to succeed You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical presales, architect, or senior support capacity, selling complex IT solutions to enterprise accounts. You should have a strong background in designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions. Key technical skills required include: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting (e.g., Ubuntu, RedHat). Knowledge of web protocols and security. Excellent communication skills in Arabic (multidialectal) and English. Experience with Windows administration, specifically Active Directory and NTFS permissions, and familiarity with filesharing solutions are considered a significant advantage. A passion for technology and the ability to evangelize products are also essential for success in this role.
