Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions:
Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, you will develop and consolidate the customer portfolio in the forklift sector in the Casablanca region. You will ensure the detection of new opportunities, the loyalty of existing customers, the prospecting of new partner brands and the implementation of commercial actions aimed at strengthening the company's presence and performance on the market.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the establishment of partnerships with competitive suppliers and perfect the negotiation of financing terms and conditions.
- Develop and deploy strategies aimed at introducing new services and products, thus generating an increase in sales.
- Conduct analyses to understand market developments, assess the competitive landscape, and provide operational data to ensure the optimization of our performance to achieve the most favorable results.
- Actively seek out potential customers and convert them into increased business opportunities.
- Achieve objectives and accomplish the tasks of the position in accordance with key performance indicators.
- Ensure the maintenance of effective relationships with partners, suppliers and customers.
- Provide direction for detailed calculations for the approval of quotes, as well as all data necessary to monitor project profitability.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are systematically managed and resolved in a professional manner.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations towards customers.
- Manage all of the company's social media tools to ensure constant and professional promotion of the company's profile.
- Coordinate and take part in trade fairs as a company representative
- Contribute to the expansion of our client portfolio by conducting targeted prospecting campaigns.
Profile:
- Hold a minimum of a Bac+3/5 in business / mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, technical specifications and customer requirements
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
