Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the customer portfolio for the sale of medical equipment and devices.
- Ensure close coordination with the after-sales service to guarantee an optimal overall customer experience.
- Provide the interface between technical and commercial teams to offer solutions adapted to customer needs
- Prospecting and retaining customers specializing in the medical sector.
- Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to meet expectations and quickly resolve customer issues.
- Track competitors and analyze business performance and customer feedback.
- Organize product demonstrations and training in partnership with technical support.
- Ensure reporting and updating of commercial databases.
- Prospect new customers and identify market segments for medical equipment.
- Processing of specifications
- Monitoring the competition
- Organize and lead product presentation meetings in collaboration with technicians
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements tailored to the needs of the medical sector.
- Monitor customer feedback and anticipate after-sales service needs.
- Update and produce regular reports on business performance.
- Participate in trade shows and events to promote technical and commercial expertise
