Job Title: Technical Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a strong background in RF engineering to join our team. The role entails conducting product presentation and field tests primarily focused on cellular bands . The position requires frequent international travel, strong client relation skills, and proficiency in operating measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers.
Responsibilities:
- Field Testing: Conduct comprehensive field tests to assess the performance and reliability of communication systems, with a focus on cellular bands.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during field tests, ensuring the smooth operation of communication systems.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical support, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
- International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally to various locations for field testing and client engagements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data to extract meaningful insights and make recommendations for system improvements or optimizations.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting test procedures, results, and recommendations for internal use and client communication.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, research and development, and project management to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Communications, RF Engineering, or related field.
- Min 10 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field, with a strong background in cellular bands, WiFi bands, and jamming technologies.
- Proficiency in operating measurement equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong client relation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with network protocols and technologies related to cellular and WiFi communication, Cellular Intelligent Products and Cellular bands.
- Familiarity with RF simulation software and tools.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as RF engineering or telecommunications.
