We are seeking an experienced Technical Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team, specializing in Turnkey Parts procurement. This role is pivotal in ensuring our technical goods and services are sourced from qualified suppliers that meet stringent quality, cost, and delivery requirements. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to interpret technical specifications, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships to support efficient and on-time project execution.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase Turnkey Parts in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret drawings, requirements, and standards.
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier bids for best value in terms of quality, cost, and lead time.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE, quality, and governance policies.
• Maintain supplier performance records and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Support supplier base rationalization and cost optimization initiatives.
• Utilize MRP/DRP systems to forecast, plan, and meet supply demands.
  
  

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and MRP/DRP systems.
• Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings and specifications.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting tight deadlines
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor s Degree
• Basic computer proficiency
