Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do: As a Technical Presales Consultant-DELL, you ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.

Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.

Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.

Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.

Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have 5+ years of presales experience.
- You have knowledge of of the following products: DELL or similar Server/storage related technologies.
- You have related technical certifications
- You are enthusiastic and have a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
