Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical drawings, designs, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Develop technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs for various project phases.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure design alignment and proper execution.
  • Review project documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of submittals, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all technical work and revisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical office or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
