Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical and HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within overall project plans.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to resolve site issues related to mechanical and HVAC installations.
  • Monitor project progress, track technical office deliverables, and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
  • Participate in value engineering processes to optimize HVAC system performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, and procurement planning for HVAC-related activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC components.
  • Review and verify as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals for mechanical systems.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all technical office activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power / Mechatronics) with a minimum overall grade of Good.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to prepare drawings and submittal documents for HVAC, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems (including alarm and firefighting).
  • Ability to review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Preferably experienced in both site execution and technical office operations.
  • Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
