Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1-Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs with consultants. 2-Review and approve shop drawings for football fields, sports buildings, MEP rooms, etc. 3-Ensure adherence to SBC codes, FIFA/UEFA facility standards, and fire safety (SBC 801). 4-Resolve technical conflicts (RFI, design gaps, clashes). 5-Support commissioning and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

To manage all technical submittals, design coordination, shop drawings, and compliance with regulations.

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture. 10–15 years technical office experience.
