Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all technical aspects of construction projects including planning, design coordination, and execution.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Support estimation, tendering, and procurement teams with technical inputs.
- Train and mentor engineering teams to enhance technical expertise.
Desired Candidate Profile
- trong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works in construction projects.
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
