Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Main missions:
- Recruit and train technical department staff and encourage the professional and personal development of teams;
- Supervise technical teams and ensure their professional development;
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Management of maintenance of equipment and technical infrastructure:
- Participate in the definition of industrial policy and its implementation;
- Supervise maintenance interventions on the machine park and the upgrading of production equipment and infrastructure;
- establish regular reporting on the operating status of production equipment;
- Optimize the use of technical resources;
- Prepare and make available to the Technical Department various dashboards necessary for analysis and decision-making;
- Coordinate between the different technical services during the installation of new facilities;
- Ensure the planning and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance interventions generated by the Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management (CMMS) system, taking into account production, cost and equipment availability constraints;
- develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans based on breakdown history;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards for all installations.
Innovation and technological monitoring:
- Identify new technologies and market trends and propose innovative solutions to improve and optimize the quality of maintenance and servicing of production equipment;
- Propose and participate in the choice of investments necessary for the development or improvement of production;
- Ensure monitoring of the evolution of the technology used or that can be implemented to identify opportunities for innovation;
- Propose any investment likely to increase staff safety;
- Participate in all provisional technical studies carried out by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation :
- State Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics or equivalent.
Comp tences techniques :
- Solid mastery of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automated systems;
- Good knowledge of CMMS tools.
Know how to be:
- Leadership, organizational skills, rigor;
Analytical mind, responsiveness, negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage crisis situations and make quick decisions.
