Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of our project teams, you will contribute to the implementation of data integration solutions for key clients in the banking, insurance, energy, and industrial sectors. You will join a multidisciplinary team, organized in Agile mode, and working on projects with a strong business impact.
As an ETL Tech Lead, you will be involved in various missions such as:
- Define the technical architecture of ETL/ELT flows in collaboration with architects and business teams.
- Supervise ETL developers and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.
- Design and develop efficient data pipelines with tools like Talend, Informatica, SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Integrate various data sources (relational databases, files, APIs, cloud) and ensure their transformation and reliability.
- Implement good development, documentation and versioning practices.
- Ensure technical coordination between the Data, BI and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in technological monitoring and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with a Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent.
- Confirmed experience (7 years) in ETL development and technical supervision.
- Proficiency in one or more ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
- Good knowledge of SQL language and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern data architectures.
- Leadership, analytical skills, rigor and ability to work in a team.
- ETL or cloud certification is a plus.
