ob ScopeThe Technical Lead Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related to the company products and solutions in various industry sectors. S/He determines project requirements and leads the design, configuration, testing and implementation of deliverables on time while overseeing a team of Engineers.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsDetermine project requirements, assign deliverables and develop work schedules for the teamLiaise with team members, management and clients on a regular basis to ensure projects are completed according to standard and timetablesUnderstand customers requirements and propose necessary actions and solutionsHandle the development process of technical specifications related to the company solutionsDesign, configure and implement solutions provided to clientsImplement software solutions recommending enhancements to systems and services while solving clients complaints and inquiriesEnsure that appropriate testing is being conducted with the client on the implemented solutionEnsure a proper documentation including implementation, design, best practices and necessary documentsFollow up on appropriate post implementation support for the implemented solution during the stabilization periodIdentify valuable information for new sales and services opportunities while working with the client's teamGuarantee the delivery of technical trainings to clientsIssue progress reports, analyze risks and propose recommendations accordinglyTalent DevelopmentLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession planConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plansPosition

RequirementsEducationBachelor s degree in Management Information System or any other related fieldExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant experience
