Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of facade lighting systems. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with architects, lighting designers, and clients to understand project requirements.
2. Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schematics for lighting systems.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
4. Oversee the installation and commissioning of facade lighting systems.
5. Coordinate with construction teams, electricians, and other trades for smooth project execution.
6. Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to verify system functionality and performance.
7. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
8. Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.
10. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to lighting systems.
11. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
12. Develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules for client facilities.
13. Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and project documentation.
14. Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and specifications.
15. Provide timely updates and reports to management and clients.
16. Collaborate closely with clients to address technical inquiries and concerns.
17. Provide technical expertise and recommendations during client meetings and presentations.
18. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
