Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct on-site audits of mechanical and electrical teams performing maintenance, repair, and cleaning of generators.

Evaluate workflows, technician performance, and risk factors; verify proper execution of preventive maintenance.

Monitor spare parts usage, tool management, and inventory accuracy.

Cross-check service reports, billing documents, and technical records.

Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations; maintain accurate documentation.

Identify technical gaps and support internal training initiatives.



Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in generator servicing or industrial field operations, with at least 2 years in an auditing or quality control role.

Strong knowledge of diesel generator systems, ATS, synchronizing panels, and electrical installations.

Familiarity with ISO standards and HSE regulations.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ERP or CMMS system knowledge is a plus.
