Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute to the
effective planning, allocation, and management of technology resources
across the organization.

Analyze technology
needs, optimize resource utilization, and support in the execution of
technology projects, while identifying opportunities for cost savings,
process improvements, and innovation.

Provide critical
insights and recommendations to support the development and maintenance of
long-term technology roadmaps and ensure the efficient delivery of IT
services and solutions and aligning resources with business needs and
upcoming initiatives.

Resource Optimization:
Assess and optimize the use of technology resources (personnel, tools,
infrastructure) to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment
with organizational priorities.

Collect, analyze, and
interpret data related to technology planning, project performance, and
resource utilization to support decision-making and identify areas for
improvement.

Monitor the progress
of technology projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and
budgets are adhered to, providing regular updates to leadership

Identify and implement best practices for technology planning and
resource management, contributing to improved workflows, efficiency, and
outcomes

Follow and
implement all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating
procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and
consistent manner.

Follow the
day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department and preparing
requested reports to ensure continuity of work. Ensure being innovative,
initiative and recommend new approaches related to own jobs.

Comply with
all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal AAIB
policies and code of conduct in order to maintain AAIB s sound legal position
and mitigate any potential risks.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in technology planning, resource
management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Scrum, MS Project)

Skills:

Understanding
of IT infrastructure, project management, and resource allocation.
