Roles & Responsibilities

The technical support customer service representative's main task is to remotely collect and process requests from users experiencing difficulties with computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, their role includes:

  • Resolve technical operating and maintenance problems by addressing issues and providing technical solutions according to quality and time constraints. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency both spoken and written.

  • Sense of listening and orientation.
  • Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
  • Successful Russian training related to the required technical skills
