Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer service representative in call reception is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by phone. Their role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. They may also be required to finalize sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- actively listen to the speakers
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
- Maintain the highest quality of customer service
- Ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Before taking charge of the mission, complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both speaking and writing.
- Excellent sense of argumentation.
