Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist clients on the technical aspects of products or services.
- Identify technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide training, demonstration, and support to users.
- Participate in the commissioning, maintenance, and diagnosis of equipment.
- Write technical reports, intervention reports, and analysis sheets.
Skills:
- Excellent understanding of technical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills and a sense of customer service.
- Rigor, autonomy, and analytical skills.
