Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Tech Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, with a focus on hiring top-tier software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other tech professionals. You ll be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates who not only fit the technical skill requirements but also embody our company culture and values.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, from identifying needs and creating job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and tech meetups.
- Utilize data-driven techniques to track recruitment KPIs, improving time-to-hire and candidate quality.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and tech talent networks.
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and professional hiring process from start to finish.
- Stay updated on the latest hiring trends and tools in the tech industry.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Dsquares as an employer of choice in the tech community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- 4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on IT or software engineering roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-caliber tech talent across various levels, including mid-senior and senior roles.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development life cycles, and current technology trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about people and tech, with a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.
