Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Identify and research overseas potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals
- Set up meetings or calls with potential clients
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English language
- Experience in marketing and sales
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to conduct product demo
