Roles & Responsibilities

About the role

Full-time, in-person with some WFH flexibility

  • Qualify and segment prospects based on fit and potential value
  • Develop targeted outreach sequences (outbound sales, calls, site visits) with clear CTAs
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs and pain points for garages & car owners
  • Present tailored proposals and demonstrations that address specific garage challenges
  • Implement a structured follow-up cadence to nurture stalled opportunities
  • Leverage CRM dashboards to track deal stages, win rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Analyze pipeline metrics weekly and refine tactics to improve conversion rates

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 3 5 years of relevant sales experience (preference for B2B or tech / SaaS sales
  • Proven track record: 10 B2B deals/year or $200 K+ ARR closed
  • Fluent Arabic & English; excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  • Willingness to spend up to 50% of time in outbound sales to repair garages
  • A self-starter mindset, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn and be coached
