Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and deliver features.
• Build and maintain serverless APIs and backend components (e.g., AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges across the full stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the team s output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with serverless frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Exposure to performance optimization and DevOps practices.
