Role Overview
We are seeking an Indoor Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable tech products, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Demonstrate product features and provide technical information.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new technology trends.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Ensure merchandise is well-presented and displays are updated.
Requirements
Proven experience in indoor sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong knowledge of electronics, IT products, and related accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Customer-focused with a passion for technology.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
