Team Leader Structural Design Engineer

Review and approve structural designs, analysis models, and drawings before client submission
Manage and oversee structural projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients for design alignment
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers at all levels
Ensure compliance with international codes, safety, and environmental standards
Prepare and maintain design documentation, reports, and calculations
Implement quality assurance and risk management practices
Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager for timely and high-standard delivery
Stay up-to-date with the latest structural materials, methods, and innovations

• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in structural design and project management
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, design standards, and construction methods
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD, and Revit
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience in multidisciplinary and Middle East projects is a plus
• Preferably residing near Nasr City, Cairo
