Team Leader - Staff Accommodation Stewarding

Ensure crockery, pots, and glassware are cleaned and stored accordingly.

• Assist Stewards with their assigned tasks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.
• Supervise and monitor the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and assume responsibilities in the Supervisor s absence.
• Monitor the cleaning, washing, and storage of crockery, pots, and glassware.
• Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team.
• Correct deviations from stewarding procedures promptly through on-the-job training.
• Interact professionally and positively with department and company team members, management, and contractors.
• Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings and share relevant information.
• Foster strong relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Maintain a well-mannered, well-groomed, and hygienic appearance at all times, in line with department and company standards.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury hazards.
• Participate in the company recycling program and maintain strict discipline to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.
